Les points à l'ordre du jour seront les suivants:

1. ajout de points éventuels à l'ordre du jour
2. approbation du compte-rendu de l'AG 2006
3. bilan des activités de 2007 (par le président)
4. rapport financier 2007 (par le trésorier)
5. discussion sur les activités futures de la Fédération
6. fixation du budget 2008 (donc aussi du montant de la cotisation fédérale 2008)
7. élection statutaire du conseil d'administration
8. attribution des différentes commissions
9. éventuels points divers

Conformément aux statuts, si tous les membres peuvent assister à l'AG,
seuls les membres effectifs de 2007 auront le droit de vote. Pour être
membre effectif 2007, il suffit :

• d'être membre en règle de cotisation 2007
• de demander le statut de membre effectif au conseil d'administration (ou d'avoir accepté ce statut à la demande du CA, comme c'est le cas des responsables de club), en envoyant simplement un courriel à board@gofed.be

1. Toevoeging van eventuele punten op de agenda
2. Goedkeuring verslag van de AV 2006
3. Activiteitenverslag 2007 (door de voorzitter)
4. Financieel verslag 2007 (door de penningmeester)
5. Discussie over de toekomstige activiteiten van de BGF
6. Vastleggen budget 2008 (incl. vastlegging lidgeld)
7. Verkiezing van het bestuur
8. Invulling van de verschillende commissies.
9. Varia

Overeenkomstig de statuten kunnen alle leden deelnemen aan de
vergadering, maar enkel effectieve leden van 2007 hebben stemrecht. Om effectief lid te worden, volstaat het :

• om lidgeld betaald te hebben in 2007
• en het statuut van effectief lid te hebben aangevraagd bij het bestuur (of het aanvaard te hebben op vraag van het bestuur zoals de clubverantwoordelijken).

On February 9-10th, there will be the 2008 Leuven go tournament. The tournament was moved to February hoping that more students (having exams in January) can participate.

Late registration (after February 7th) and Belgian players not member of the BGF: +3€.
